  I've never asked for resource help before and this being my first time i was scared and nervous, so when i got there i my emotions were made worse by the ppl who work there, they were so cold and rude i actually couldn't believe that was how they treated ppl who needed the help, i got there almost at closing time and i saw how frustrated i made them so i was treated even worse. I felt horrible and never again will i ask for help from them. I saw how a man left in tears and even tho i was going through a tough time i had to go up to him and cheer him up, wooww because they couldn't do that for him!
