  I've known Bill K. at Chapel of the Chimes for almost 25 years. He sets the gold standard for professionalism and consideration. He recently handled a difficult family situation with tact, compassion and genuine concern for all involved.

  For many years I have recommended and used Chapel of the Chimes for funeral services. They have always been compassionate and understanding with me and the people I have sent to them. UNTIL TODAY. I don't know why the funeral director today got on her high horse, but she was rude and nasty to me. I wanted to see my friend because I won't be able to attend the viewing tonight or the service tomorrow and, if she could have thrown me out of the building she would have.
  
  If you're looking for a soft, sincere, compassionate place to hold a funeral service, I suggest you find another place other than the Chapel of the Chimes.
